Servicio Filipino, Inc. (SFI) is a proud member of the International Sanitary Supply Association (ISSA), which is the Worldwide Cleaning Industry Association. ISSA-CIMS applies to standard management, operations, performance systems and processes.
Ms. Shayma Y. Cadapan, Corporate Trainer of SFI successfully passed the Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS) and CIMS‐Green Building “ISSA Certification Expert” (I.C.E.) examination given in Denver, Colorado, USA last July 17, 2014. SFI can therefore now lead the industry in becoming the very first CIMS Certified Organization in the Philippines and Asia Pacific. Ms. Cadapan achieved both the I.C.E. and I.C.E.‐GB certification, making SFI the home of one of ASIA’s only ISSA Certified individual.
Compliance to these standards demonstrates an organization that is structured to deliver consistent, quality services that are designed to meet customer’s needs and expectations. CIMS is also the first consensus-based management standard that outlines the primary characteristics of a successful, quality cleaning organization.
