QUEZON CITY – The penthouse of West Avenue Suites was lit up with festivities when Servicio Filipino, Inc. welcomed its 56th year as an organization last 3rd March 2017.
SFI Laguna Business Unit Head Maui Marquez opened the program with a welcome address, followed by conferral of the Tatak SFI Awards. The Awards each represented the SFI Values of Excellence, Teamwork, Genuine Concern for People, Honesty & Integrity, Dedication & Commitment and Professionalism. The Awards were conferred to employees who were each deemed to embody one of these values, with a Topnotcher awardee recognized for being an exemplar of all of the values.
A simple early dinner followed, and upon resumption of the program employees were encouraged to mingle and use notes provided by the event staff to personally honor those they believed to be deserving of the Tatak SFI Awards.
SFI President Luis Alberto Anastacio together with the event staff summed up spirit of the celebration through his closing remarks, and an affirmation of and toast to the Human Resources Administration team’s launch of the Happy Workplace program.
Employees were game to stay after the formal ending of the program to share drinks and play songs on videoke.
Celebration were also echoed at SFI Bataan and Cebu branches, where employees nominated and recognized their own sets of Tatak SFI awardee
