BALANGA CITY– Recognizing the value of having a strong labor force, Bataan Governor Albert Garcia yesterday signed a memorandum of agreement with Servicio Filipino, Inc. to jointly support the advocacy for Workforce Development, K – Career Readiness, 21st Century Skills Development and Dual Training with the educational institutions and industries within the province.
Servicio Filipino Inc. was represented by its President and Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Luis Alberto A. Anastacio.
Servicio Filipino, Inc. is the flagship company of the SFI Group of Companies, a pioneer in providing human resource services in the Philippines that employ highly qualified personnel in the engineering, construction, property management, building management and technical services sectors.
Established in 1961, SFI’s network of clients range from privately owned companies to government agencies.

“The company is officially recognized and endorsed by the province to undertake specialized programs for enhancing the skills, productivity, competence and employability of our constituents such as students, out of school youth, professionals and its current workforce,” Garcia said.
Gov. Garcia told reporters here that he aims to raise the competency and skills level of the province’s workforce and make them highly productive and globally competitive through a methodical and integrated fundamental workplace competencies and soft skills education and training system to enable them to be “career ready” and competent in relation to their desired industry and profession.
Also present in the MOA signing ceremony were Mayor Maria Angela Garcia of Dinalupihan and Bataan 2nd District Board Member Jose Villapando.
