54 years of existence of Servicio Filipino, Inc. (SFI) is never an accident and so its people who have been in the service for many years and have been given the opportunity to be one of SFI’s leaders. It is truly an honor because of the dedication and commitment of the employees, as well as the company to give the most it can give back.
For this year’s anniversary celebration and with the theme, “Being More @ 54”, SFI has shown its heart for its people. Last March 6, 2015, a remarkable people engagement activity was held. This was facilitated by our very own President & COO, Mr. Luis Alberto Anastacio. The “Leadership Training and Strategic Alignment” was well-attended by over seventy three Project Supervisors and Team Leaders and supported by SFI’s Management Committee and Executive Committee. The activity turned out fruitful and successful in its goal to instill to everyone that each one of them is what makes the company distinctive from others.
As a challenge and motivation to the Project Supervisors and Team Leaders’ commitment, the Management announced that Special Awards namely; Best Project, Best Supervisor and Best Employee, will be given to acknowledge and honor their contribution to achieve the company’s goal towards the Culture of Excellence. With this on the roll, everyone is looking forward to bigger, bolder and great leaders on field.
